Involve unemployed youth in national development activities.

 
Mission:
(A) To engage youth in the employment and retirement activities of the youth through the help of tactics, training, microcredit and other necessary support, and involve them at every level of the country's development process.
(B) Organize groups of JJs to assist in the development of the tribe through local youth at the local level.
(C) Take the necessary steps to empower people and participate in the decision-making process.
